This Privacy Policy describes how the CosNFX mobile application ("CosNFX", "the app", "we") handles your information. CosNFX is a sound-effects soundboard application.
CosNFX does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app runs on your device and does not require an account or sign-in. Some optional features communicate only over your own local Wi-Fi network (see "Local network features" below) and never send your data to us or to any third party.
We do not collect any personal or sensitive user data. CosNFX does not gather analytics, usage statistics, device identifiers, location data, contacts, or any other information about you or your device. No data is sent to us or to any third party.
CosNFX uses your device's motion sensors and the network (Wi-Fi) access needed for its on-watch audio engine and the optional local-network features below. It does not request your camera, microphone, contacts, or location. Audio files you choose to import are used only on your device. None of these permissions are used to collect personal data.
CosNFX includes optional features - the Mission Control web interface, external device control (Props), and multi-device Battle mode - that communicate over your own local Wi-Fi network with devices you choose, such as a phone browser, smart lights, or another watch. This activity stays on your local network; CosNFX does not route it through the developer or any third-party server, and collects no personal data through these features.
CosNFX is free to install. It offers a single optional one-time "Pro" in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play billing; CosNFX never sees or stores your payment details. Google's handling of that transaction is governed by Google's own privacy policy. The app stores only a local flag recording whether Pro is unlocked, and sends no purchase information to the developer.
CosNFX does not contain third-party advertising and does not use any advertising or tracking SDKs.
CosNFX is intended for users aged 13 and older. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
CosNFX does not integrate any third-party services that collect user data.
